How to Contact Xero Support?

When you sign up for a Xero plan, you are eligible for free, unlimited support 24/7 from Xero. In this guide, we will be showing you how you can contact Xero Support directly and get your questions answered by the Xero team.

Step 1: Visit https://central.xero.com/s/contact-support

Step 2: Log into your Xero account.

Step 3: Fill in some information regarding your query and Xero will direct you to some useful resources.

If you are still unable to resolve your query with the resources provided, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "I still need help" button. It will direct you to a page to file a ticket with Xero.

Fill in the fields accordingly and click on "Send". Xero will typically get back to you within 1-2 days and you should receive an email once they have responded to your query.
